1- Delivery Areas
Luiglow.com delivers throughout the United States and Brazil. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, additional fees or extended delivery times may apply. These will be communicated during the checkout process.

2- Delivery Times
The delivery period begins after payment confirmation and order approval. For the United States, the average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. In Brazil, the average is 7 to 15 business days, depending on the region. These timeframes may vary during promotions or holidays.

Shipping Options

United States: Standard Shipping via USPS is a flat $10.89 per order, and free on orders of $120 or more.
Shipping costs are always shown at checkout before you pay.

3- Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with a tracking code to monitor delivery status. In the United States, tracking is done through carriers like USPS, FedEx, or UPS. In Brazil, we use Correios or partner couriers.

4- Undelivered Orders
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient absence, or refusal of the order, the product will be returned to Luiglow.com. In such cases, we will contact you to reschedule delivery or issue a refund, minus shipping fees.

5- Delivery Responsibility
Luiglow.com is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as strikes, severe weather, or courier issues. However, we are always available to assist with any delivery-related problems and ensure a solution is found.

6- Order Receipt
Upon receiving your order, please immediately check that the packaging is intact and the contents match your purchase. In case of damage or discrepancies, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.
